## Description

Accelerate is a 12-month, in-house talent development programme comprising three cohorts \(AO to G6\)\. As part of the offer, all participants receive six 1:1 coaching sessions over the duration of the scheme\. As Government Campus is the approved procurement route for learning and development services across government, a separate tender process is not required\. The supplier \(Ernst & Young\) is already accredited and available through this route, so all bookings can be made directly through the Government Campus portal in line with Civil Service procurement requirements\.
