## Description

The service will develop, support and facilitate the \#TalkSuicide Champion Community Programme on behalf of the Suicide Prevention Partnership\. The \#TalkSuicide Champion Communities are a network of groups based in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent\. The groups comprise of volunteers who are advocates for suicide awareness and prevention in their local area\. This advocacy involves: Increasing awareness of suicide in their local area, and in areas and target groups identified as high priority by the Suicide Prevention Partnership, to encourage help- seeking within the community\. Increasing community capacity to identify suicidality, provide initial support and signposting\. Being aware of relevant support available within the community and identifying gaps in support
