Office for Students: Fit and Proper person checks

This procurement relates to the fit and proper person (FPP) checks undertaken when a provider (Higher Education Institution) applies to register with the OfS and when assessing the suitability of key personnel after registration, and on an ongoing basis. This work is part of the OfS goal on 'Enabling regulation' and specifically regulation that ensures providers are financially viable and sustainable and have effective governance arrangements.
