GB-Luton: Interim Cleaning Services Contract

Aldwyck Housing Group (AHG) is undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a contractor to undertake the provision of Estate Services to a number of the properties and sites it manages commencing on 1st April 2018. As part of this process, current service delivery arrangements have been reviewed and it is necessary for AHG to appoint a contractor on an interim basis to undertake the cleaning and caretaking tasks outlined in this specification until 31st March 2018 on certain sites

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
