GB-Brentwood: Catering provision at King George's Playing Fields, Brentwood

Description

Brentwood Borough Council's requirement under this contract is for an operator to manage the food and drink provision for the new pavilion building and the kiosk at King George's Playing Fields, Brentwood. The operator should provide a sample menu which should reflect fresh and healthy options for the whole family. The operator will be responsible for all relevant Health and Safety requirements, waste and environmental compliance. Apart from the day-to-day operation of the café and kiosk, the operator will be required to cater for any golf society days. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
