## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist consultants with extensive knowledge of pavement management and engineering research\. This will assist SES Pavement Management team to provide technical assurance and support towards the delivery of Regional Maintenance Operations programmes, in contribution towards Highways England Delivery Plan\.
