## Description

Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund \(SHDF\) to carry out retrofit and cyclical decoration works to 41 Torus owned properties \(41 flats and communal areas\) which have been identified as being in need of improved insulation \(EPC rating D or below\)\. The properties included on this project are located at Ellerbrook House in Ormskirk\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
