## Description

North York Moors National Park Authority wishes to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer\. The current CEO is retiring in May 2020 after working for the Authority for 20 years\. To ensure that the best possible candidates apply for the role, the Authority wants to use the services of an executive search company to work with Members in the recruitment and selection process\. The Authority will delegate the decision making to a smaller panel of Members with administrative support provided by the Head of Corporate Services\.
