Description
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) will be moving from its main Shire Hall base in 2021 to a new building in Alconbury Weald. In conjunction with this, there is a need to review the current room booking provision to ensure maximum efficiency for the future. Additionally CCC has implemented wide ranging shared services with Peterborough City Council (PCC) and this means that any system will need to allow booking of CCC and PCC meeting rooms by both sets of staff across both estates. CCC and PCC will be using a single tenancy instance of Microsoft 365 and PCC currently operates with the Evoko Liso integrated with Outlook 365. The contract will cover the supply of hardware and software and will also cover support of hardware and software for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. These periods may be reduced if the preferred costs exceed the available budget.
