1-818 Revision of HE Pilots and Trials Guidance

Highways England's Licence requires us to agree our plans for trials and demonstrations with the Secretary of State and to publish the results. Having concise, high quality, user friendly guidance on planning, designing, undertaking and evaluating trials and demonstrations of innovative techniques, materials and services will ensure we carry out this requirement safely, efficiently and effectively. Our current guidance is not fit for this purpose for the following reasons:
