## Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea \(RBKC\) has appointed a Consultant from ESPO Framework 664-17 \(Lot 8b\) to undertake professional services in relation to the assessment of the land around Grenfell Tower\. This is a "Tier 1" Preliminary Risk Assessment whose key outputs will include an Interim Factual Report and a detailed design for a more detailed investigation \(Tier 2 and Tier 3\)\. The contract for Tier 2 and Tier 3 will be the subject of a separate procurement\.
