Investigation into Potential Land Contamination

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has appointed a Consultant from ESPO Framework 664-17 (Lot 8b) to undertake professional services in relation to the assessment of the land around Grenfell Tower. This is a "Tier 1" Preliminary Risk Assessment whose key outputs will include an Interim Factual Report and a detailed design for a more detailed investigation (Tier 2 and Tier 3). The contract for Tier 2 and Tier 3 will be the subject of a separate procurement.
