## Description

The Fund has developed a Corporate Plan, including a number of KPIs, one of which stipulates that "our employee engagement score will be in the top quartile when compared with similar and comparable organisations\." We seek the provision of a service to ensure, first, that this KPI is reported and; second, to enable The Fund to take informed actions that allow us to meet our target\. The contract was procured and awarded via the CCS G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.13\)\. Contract term is 1 \+ 1 \+ 1\. Total Contract Value: 34,500 GBP\. Year 1 - Initial term cost: 11,500 GBP Year 2 - Optional Extension: 11,500 GBP Year 3 - Optional Extension: 11,500 GBP
