2022-025 Ofgem Strategy and Operating Model Support

1. Strategy: Support the interpretation of the vision to 2035 into a high level executable strategy that can be taken forward by the ExCo, including preparing a succinct articulation of the strategy for internal and external audiences. Recognising significant change has occurred with the ExCo group this exercise is also to ensure familiarity across the ExCo group with the revised vision and buy in to the new strategy including consideration of how it affects delivery of both their line of business and SCP. 2. SCP Programme: Revisit the SCP to ensure set up supports the delivery of the strategy and priority objectives and the scope of projects and boundaries between them are optimal. This should include considering the outputs from each project and how measurement and reporting on them could be made more specific. 3. Operating model and processes: Align ExCo around the strategic priorities for Ofgem. Support the organisation to deliver change through ways of working and enabling the new operating model.
