Grounds Maintenance at BFI Master Film Store 2020-21

BFI is seeking a provider for the Grounds Maintenance at BFI Gaydon The Master Film Store.

Maintenance

Routine All-round Grass Cutting - Maximum of 16 all-round cuts of the entire site at ground level, taking in all Grassed areas around the site. 1 Additional occurrence of cutting - Cutting, clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc. 1 occurrence of cutting - clearing and taking away of brambles, undergrowth etc. pool catchment areas and 1999 Vaults, making sure that foliage is cleared away from the external Plant areas. 1 occurrence of Tree Work - ensuring the perimeter Roadway and Site Entrance are kept clear of overhanging branches, making sure that overhead cables are not impeded. 1 occurrence of keeping the perimeter fence area clear - Trimming back overhanging branches to ensure free unimpeded access at all times. 1 occurrence of Snow Clearing - from the Kineton Road, Drive Entrance to the Master Film Store Entrance for Staff and Visitor access. 1 occurrence of creating the Wildflower Grassland 1 occurrence of cutting the Wildflower Grassland
