GB-Frimley, Surrey, UK: Expression of Interest - Use of Land at Frimley Lodge Park

An opportunity has arisen to seek expressions of interest relating to the current Pitch and Putt facility at Frimley Lodge Park. Surrey Heath wishes to review its use and consider other alternative leisure-based solutions that will increase leisure facilities to the local community while providing a level of income to Surrey Heath Borough Council. At this stage all options are open and will be considered.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
