## Description

The Cabinet Office has varied the original contract \(IPA 001 LP\) with Local Partnerships to provide support to the IPA Strategic Portfolio Review\. The original contract was placed with Local Partnerships on 1 July 2020 without competition under provisions of Regulation 12 of PCR 2015\. There was a need to retrospectively modify the contract to provide for additional services which were not included in the original contract\.
