## Description

Leicester City Council is aiming to implement Robotic Process Automation "\(RPA\)" technology to improve the efficiency of back office processing across a number of thematic areas\. The purpose of this tender exercise is to identify a supplier of such a product, to support a proof of concept "\(POC\)" approach to this technology to allow the Council to determine the benefit of the tool/software selected and decide whether it is rolled out to Council wide services beyond the initial POC tender\.
