GB-Sheffield: External Legal Support for Assurance & Insight Procurements

Description

British Business Bank have entered into a Contract with the Awarded Supplier for the fulfillment of Legal Support Services in relation to upcoming procurements for the Assurance & Insight Team within the Bank. This will ensure that all procurement and contracting activity to be undertaken on specific tendering projects is conducted in line with regulation and commercial best practice. The Term of the Contract is until 31st March 2024, although should the specific projects be concluded prior to this date the Contract shall terminate at that point in time. The award has been undertaken in line with the Bank's Standing Financial Instructions.
