## Description

London Clinical Commissioning Groups \(CCGs\) seek applications for the provision of domiciliary care services\. Successful providers will be added to a domiciliary care Any Qualified Provider \(AQP\) list which is used by the contracting CCGs to make continuing healthcare \(CHC\) placements\.
