## Description

Introducing Additional HMO Licensing and Selective Licensing Schemes in Luton - Consultants - Luton Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to support the Council on the delivery of proposals to introduce a borough wide Additional HMO licensing scheme and a Selective Licensing Scheme within the scope of the Housing Act 2004: Licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Selective Licensing of other residential accommodation \(England\) General Approval 2015\.
