Work description
Additional services to support the on-boarding of new services and their delivery may be required from time to time. These will be requested and agreed by the buyer. An additional service request form will be generated (see Addendum 1), the supplier will respond with their priced approach, on a Time and Materials basis, based on the published G10 SFIA rate. The buyer's authorised representative will sign the additional service request form to authorise the service delivery.
