16/059 - Digital Media Buying Agency

The University of Portsmouth wishes to appoint a digital agency with capacity & capability to manage all digital buying requirements as well as support to develop digital creative when required. The Retainer is for 2 years, renewable for a third year & has a total budget of between £150,000-£200,000 across this period. It is mandatory that the agency be able to undertake media buying in key markets such as China, Russia & India on all platforms.
