Provision of Landscaping Services

The Coal Authority is looking for a specialist provider for the provision of landscaping and ground maintenance services across two colliery sites Calverton, & Markham Main.

The services provided consist of grass cutting, clearance of invasive weeds and other non - desirable vegetation, plus maintenance of hedges, trees and shrubs. All boundaries and vegetation overhanging neighbouring land are to be maintained and various ditches, gullies and water courses, including culverts are kept clear. Any instances of fly tipping, littering or other problems caused by illegal incursions are to be remedied. Additional work may include the following:

1. Removal of Stock proof fencing 2. Removal of the concrete post and bell wire 3. Ditch cuts 4. Conservation cuts 5. Amenity cuts 6. Ditch Cutting
