## Description

IT Service Transition Manager to support the setup of the recently expanded IT directorate, developing and implementing ITIL processes\. Adopting IT Service Management best practice is key to the delivery of IT services\. Bringing in an experienced resource to carry out this critical activity alongside the new team managing day to day activity supports the implementation of the new service transition service and the new ITIL processes at pace\.
