## Description

Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to provide road and path repairs, under a Measured Term Contract, at University Hospital Lewisham, Stadium Road & Baker Road \(Queen Elizabeth Hospital\) and Community Sites\. Works will be carried out in and as and when they are required up to the approximate anticipated value of £500,000 per annum for a two year contractual period with option for 1 year extension\. Please note the sites will be occupied throughout the works and careful site management will always be required to keep access clear and minimise disruption\.
