Work description
The scope of works will cover complete replacement of the York Chiller including:
1. Preliminary works and capacity studies 2. Isolation, removal and disposal of existing unit 3. Modification and/or replacement of valves & pipework 4. Modification and replacement of external shuttering 5. Supply and installation of new chiller unit 6. Commissioning works 7. BMS connections 8. Transport and special handling equipment 9. Demonstration to MKUH Estates staff and provision of full set of O&M manuals 10. Any other works not listed above (please state).
