De Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out reinstatement works at Wellesley House\. The works consist of the removal, refurbishment and reinstatement works to a leased building\. Removal of existing walls, Electrical, Mechanical, CCTV, Alarms alteration etc, in preparation to return leased building to landlord\. \(Contractor D&B element\) Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical installation and adaption to the existing systems and installation of new elements to accommodate proposed reinstatement \(Contractor D&B element\.\) Location: Wellesley House, 80 Wellington St, Leicester LE1 6HP\.
