Description
This contract award has been undertaken as a direct award by rotation via the YORbuild 2 Framework Agreement and is for the refurbishment of Normanton Market. The contract includes the removal of the ageing outdoor market stalls to the rear of the site and consolidating these onto a smaller footprint adjacent to the high street. The under-utilised shop units to the rear of the site will be removed and the remaining shop units will be refurbished.
