Winchester City Council - Provision of Enforcement Agent Services

THIS NOTICE IS ON BEHALF OF WINCHESTER CITY COUNCIL. Winchester City Council have awarded a dual supplier contract to provide enforcement agent services under a nil subsidy contract from April 2025.

This is a below threshold Concession Contract and Winchester City Council is unable to guarantee any value or income to the service providers over the total contract length of five years. The estimated value to the service provider, although subject to change, is approximately up to £1,050,000.
