## Description

The NE-TA project is part funded by the England 2014 to 2020 European Structural Investments Funds Growth Programme\. Within this, European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) grant funding agreements place a requirement on grant recipients to undertake summative assessments of funded projects\. As the NE-TA project is not just an ERDF project but also a European Social Fund \(ESF\) project, the Summative Assessment is to cover the project as a whole\.
