Cost Management Paddington South

To support a D&B appointment and delivery of works at Paddington Village South, an independent appointment is required for cost management and contract administration services associated with the required works. To satisfy grant funding spend requirements, services and work needs to commence urgently.

A direct award is now required to appoint Kier Business Services through the CCS Framework (Construction Professional Services (RM6165). Kier have experience working in the same capacity for the Council by providing these services relating to the works carried out at Paddington Central.
