Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete the development of a five bedroom bungalow into a four bedroom assisted living facility. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the scheme intends to provide;

• 2no. new bedrooms and ensuite wetroom/s to garage space • 2no. bedrooms to share a new ensuite wetroom facility. • Modify front driveway to form a minimum of 5 parking spaces • Alterations to form a larger communal lounge. • Single storey extension to form dining space off the refurbished kitchen.

The site is located at 11 The Croft, Euston, Chorley, PR7 6LH and will be let under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition.
