Door Entry Systems - Open Tender

Description

The London Borough of Harrow is looking to procure a contractor to complete the renewal of door entry systems and installation of new main entrance doors and frames, and external letterboxes at various estates in the borough (20-week programme). This will improve access and egress and security to the properties, whilst helping to maintain the aesthetics of the council's portfolio of properties from further damage. Some of the works need to be resolved urgently to address health and safety requirements. There are 103 leaseholders who will be impacted by the scheme and there are a total of 334 properties. It is essential for the project to be delivered on time and on cost, with interval inspection and certification from the London Borough of Harrow project manager upon completion of works.
