## Description

The council require the services of a main contractor to enter into an agreement to provide pre-construction services \(PSCA\) for the Drakes Drive housing project\. The Council wishes to appoint a highly motivated and experienced firm to ensure cost and programme savings and to ensure the successful delivery of this corporate priority project\.
