Hackney Council seeks to procure a Professional Consultancy Services Framework required to support the delivery of the Council's Capital programme in a suite of 3 lots: Lot 1 Architectural and Engineering Services Lot 2 Multidisciplinary Consultants Lot 3 Building Consultants
