General Advice on Estates and Property Management - Property Valuations

1.1. The Employer invites Tenders for the provision of red book market valuations, rental valuations, provision of reinstatement costs and associated advisory services under the terms set out in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidance, across the Council's Housing Delivery Programme. This will support the Council in achieving its ambitious targets to build new homes across a range of sites being brought forward throughout the borough.

The Service Provider will note that this commission will not exceed a 2-year duration (individual Tasks, having commenced during the 2-year period, may extend beyond this duration until they have completed) and the total expenditure will not exceed £450k + VAT. There is no guarantee that this maximum expenditure will be incurred, and the Council reserve the right to draw down/instruct services against this budget as and when required.
