GB-London: Access Control Maintenance

NOTE: This notice was updated on 10 January 2020 for the following reason: Deadline extended to 12:00 (midday) 31 January 2020(Contract for the maintenance and support of the V&A's existing access control infrastructure, as well as ongoing expansions in South Kensington and other V&A affiliated sites.

The existing system is provided by Sateon Enterprise and Morpho UK Limited as their access control system which employs the use of biometric data (thumbprints/fingerprints) to access doors. The access control solution is formed of two integrated systems, Sateon Enterprise (from Grosvenor Technology Ltd.) and Morpho Manager/ Bio Bridge (from Safran/Idemia).)

Additional information: Please note that the contract contains break clauses in the event of the system or equipment reaching end of life. Please note that the contract contains an option to include additional sites or systems if required during the life of the contract.
