CPI have a requirement for Solvent Spray Tool as set out in the attached documents\. CPI are looking to establish a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of a Solvent Spray Tool\. The tool is required for Photolithography Resist strip and Mask Cleaning\. This Framework is to cover spare parts, consumables, servicing, software upgrades and maintenance\.
