Salford City Council is seeking offers with a single operator for the provision of a sustainable travel service (car club or equivalent) within Salford that: Provides an alternative to 'grey fleet' travel for employees, elected members and partner organisations to conduct business travel in fully maintained, low and no emission vehicles;
