GB-london: Neighbourhood approach to decarbonising buildings and transport

Provider to undertake a review of local approaches to decarbonising buildings and transport, as set out in the specification. The result will be a report summarising the approaches reviewed and identifying the key benefits and challenges of a local approach.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
