Renewable Technology Servicing, Monitoring, Maintenance and Minor Works

Estuary Housing Association Ltd (EHA) wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of Maintenance, monitoring, servicing and installation of renewable technology equipment across Essex. The aim of the contract is to establish a good quality, responsive service of over 500 renewable technology assets already in place. This consists mainly of solar photovoltaic panels, NIBE boilers, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery units and air source heat pumps. Subject to budget availability, opportunity may arise during the contract term to assist EHA with the delivery of small projects to install new renewable technologies.
