A call-off from Lot B9 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 \(Published 4 March 2022\)\. The service for this call-off consists of identifying further work required and providing the information to support discharge of Planning Conditions\. the following services are required: 1\. Gap Analysis of desk studies and site investigation reports for Botley Phase 3 area and identification/recommendations of any further work\. 2\. Interpretative Land Quality Assessment \(LQA\) Report for the Phase 3 area completed in accordance with Land Contamination Risk Management \(LCRM\) guidance to account for people, environment, controlled waters and services\.
