R5117 Maximising Income from the Council Taxbase

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Revenue Services Department, are looking to carry out a review of the empty properties on the Council Taxbase before the completion of the Council Taxbase (CTB) return before the end of September 2016. This will maximise the claim under the New Homes Bonus Scheme. This will be a short term contract for 2 months to utilise the expertise of specialists in this area who have access to a larger sources of data than the Council.
