Modification - Not a new tender This notice relates to a modification of the existing Grounds Maintenance and Waste Management Services contract with Idverde UK Limited. The original contract award was published on Contracts Finder in 2020 by a consultant acting on behalf of Central Swindon North Parish Council. This modification extends the contract for two years (1 July 2025 - 30 June 2027) under Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2013. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract and the price increase is within the 50% threshold permitted under Regulation 72(1)(c).
