Low and Medium Rise Block Cleaning

The purpose of this tender is to procure a window cleaning service and Communal Block Cleaning Services for the Low and Medium Rise blocks within Wakefield District Housing Limited (WDH) estate. Our requirements are split across two Lots. Lot 1- Internal and External Window Cleaning. Lot 2 - Communal Block Cleaning.Tenders maybe submitted for all Lots. With the maximum number of Lots that maybe awarded to one tenderer being two (2). Each Lot will be evaluated separately. One contractor will be appointed for each Lot. It is permissible for the same contractor to win both Lots. WDH will appoint one contractor for each Lot and the appointed contractor must provide a "One stop shop"solution for all requirements within the Lot. Further details are within the tender documents.
