## Description

The contract provides specialist Microsoft 365 consultancy services to support Local Government Reorganisation \(LGR\) across Worcestershire\. The consultancy will assess the existing Microsoft 365 environments operated by participating councils and evaluate options for future service delivery, governance and consolidation arrangements\. The scope includes a review of current Microsoft 365 environments, analysis of future operating model options, and the development of recommendations to support decision-making regarding the future Microsoft 365 strategy for local government reorganisation across Worcestershire\. The outcome of the engagement will be a set of recommendations and supporting information to inform the future approach to Microsoft 365 services, governance and organisational change requirements\.
