## Description

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust \(GSTT\) has instructed a full exit from Becket House by September 2026 in line with the Estates Optimisation Programme\. The programme will: • Improve estate efficiency • Support hybrid and flexible working • Reduce operational costs • Enable better use of Trust assets • Continuity of service during transition This was awarded through the NHSSBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services \(SBS10190\)
