## Description

Regenda Limited and Redwing wish to appoint a contractor to enter a five-year contract \(3 plus 1 plus 1\) for the delivery of services relating to ground maintenance and gardening\. This opportunity is being presented in four different lots based on locations of our sites\. Lot 1 Sefton, Lot 2 Wirral, Lot 3 Liverpool, Lot 4 Cheshire\. This is a restricted price only exercise, inviting suppliers pre-approved on Lot 41 'Soft landscaping and gardening works for housing maintenance and construction works' of Regenda Limited M&Y DPS\.
