Colchester City Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the supply and installation of a new safety surface to seven \(7\) parks across Colchester\. This project will be undertaken via the ESPO Framework: Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities and Equipment, Reference no: 115\_25 - Lot 7 - Wet pour Rubber Surfacing\.
